P-rom 2005

Prom was a lot of fun this year. Ann was QUEEN!!!!! And Aaron was king. It was a lot of fun, Sarah came down for the dance and i had a lot of fun with her. The decorations were actually really good, they were 20 times better than what i was expecting.
And the banquet was a lot of fun. And now i have my own little cinderella story from the banquet too. After the banquet we all went to the park where Paul played his guitar and sang a song. It was a lot of fun. Then at the dance i danced with everybody quite a bit. The DJ wasn't very good, but it worked. (Oh, since everybody may not know who went with who i'm going to do the quick rundown, Me and Sarah, Maggie and Colt, Ann and Tim Hruza, Charley and Paul Nebaulski, [and for reference Katie Kowalski and Alex Shidler]) I never really noticed what happened but i kept seeing Alex hanging around with us at our table and everything, and then i realize that Katie was gone. Alex was to ride with Tim anyway so Tim brought Alex along with us, which was great, I felt bad for Alex.
So then we went out to post-prom. It was just like any other post prom, not very exciting. So Sarah, Paul, Alex, and Tim decide that they're going to play pitch, which was fine because there wasn't much to do there anyway and that way they would have something to do. So we were going around to all of the games and I decide to hang out with Colt. It's strange but this was only like the second time i've actually talked with Colt and the first time was when they came up for Polish Days. So me and Colt went around to a lot of games and we ended up at Texas Hold'em. Josh Badura was running the table and there was an insane amount of (fake) money changing hands. Then i lost all of my money, so Colt gave me some of his, I decided to switch games and went over to a putting thing, where i was winning a crap-ton of money and tickets. Then we went back to our table turned in our tickets and played a group game, it was ok, nothing amazing.
But I ended up winning a George Forman Lean Mean Fat-Reducing Grilling Machine. It was pretty funny. Oh, and i also ended up stealing like $75 worth of gift certificates. It' great when people leave early :P. So then we went to Perkins (2 carloads, in one car was me, Sarah, Colt, and Maggie, in the other car was Ann, Charley, Alex, Tim, and Paul) where we see none other than MINDEN!!!! It was really cool we saw a bunch of people from speech, and we talked to Kate Jacobsen. And she gave us her number to call her up and do somthing somtime. How amazing is that????? (oh, i'm guessing that Sarah is going to end up hooking up with Alex Shidler because she was friendly with him, and he ended up breaking-up with Katie last night, which to me kinda sucks but i'm just glad that she came up for prom, i had a lot of fun with her) So then we drove home and ended up getting home around 6:30, they all made a bathroom break then Sarah gets her stuff and they head to Ashton to get some sleep. Then I went to bed, got up, and decided to post in my blog. Speak softly and carry a big stick.
