My late-night experiences
Wow, tonight was one crazy night. I must admit. Okay, so tonight i pretty much got ditched by two people that actually owed me a favor. So then i was really bored because i was back to my room by 8:00, which pretty much sucked. So i called Steph for relief and she told me to call around. So I called Maggie, she was going for a jog and said i could call later. I tried calling Charley, but she was home for the weekend. So i decided that i should call Tyler since i had forgotten to call him back from yesterday. So i talk to Tyler for about an hour, until he realizes that he's been playing a game from a different time zone and he had in fact lost two hours of his life because he didn't realize they had occured. So then i called Maggie back, and she was busy and told me to call her back in 20 min. So then i did that and i told her how i pretty much was upset with how the night was going, and i whined about being ditched. So i decide that since i'm bored that i'll take a casual lap around part of the campus like i normally do when i need some fresh air or i'm really bored. And this is where my true adventure begins.
This is a true story based on factual events. These events are things that probably shouldn't be shared with my parents or Derek, or anyone else that isn't intended to read this.
So when i'm finishing my mini-lap i start going up the stairs into the dorms, and who would emerge but Garrett (my brother, not Leitoff) so he's on the phone and i ask him what's he's up to, and then he asks if i want to come too. I don't know what i'm agreeing to, but since i'm extremely bored and have nothing to do i agree. So then we get into a car that already has four people in it. So me and Garrett get in and there are four of us guys all in the back seat of a car. So we end up going to one of their friend's appartments to have "certain beverages". As the story of my life shows from the past, i don't drink. So the only girl that was with us five guys in the car (it was her car) was going to be the Designated Driver, but since i was there she has some alcohol to drink. So they start playing a drinking/card game and i'm watching, thinking the game is pretty funny. Before they started playing the game the girl that lives in the appartment and her boyfriend went to get some things from a store. So it's been a while and then they call saying that their car won't start so since i'm the only one that hasn't been drinking its my job to go drive to them using the car of the girl we came with. So i drive there and we cant' jump the guys car so i drive them back to the appartment. Then then continue drinking until a couple of them are pretty drunk. So then they decide they want IHOP. Thus begins the next part of the adventure.
Okay, so i'm driving to IHOP with five people that have been drinking in the car, four of them in the backseat. So the entire way to IHOP they keep coming up with crazy ideas like mooning cars as we pass. I say no because i dont' want any extra attention drawn to us becuase we're already breaking the law with the number in the back seat and the fact they had all been drinking, and that there was alcohol in the trunk. So we get to IHOP safely and we order our food. But it was bad because it took them forever to bring our food, then there were moths flying around our booth and landing on the table near our food. So Garrett comes up with an idea. One that is very old in practice, but few are brave enough to act. I think you know what i mean, but i don't really feel like typing it. If you're confused it involves eating and not quite paying a "reduced" amount for your meal. So since i'm the DD i'm one of the first to leave to get the car ready. Then the next to follow, and i pull the car closer to the door. Then Garrett and another of the guys make the final pull-out, at which the manager starts running after, once i heard one door shut i took off. The lady was so close when following. So then we're driving away and i try to make it so the lady can't follow on foot so i get on the road and we go. So obviously we get off the main road and continue on our trip back to campus. On the way we saw four cop cars. The addrenaline was surging through my vains. So we accomplish the drop off and return. We then park in the garage and return to our rooms. That is the finale of my adventures. And the greatest thing is that i can remember it fully, and in the morning i'll still be able to remember it fully. Let's just say that this is the first experience of its kind and it was mighty crazy. Talk to you all later.
